Job Description
Primoris Heavy Civil is hiring an experienced Field Engineer for our up-and-coming Abilene, Tx project. As a Field Engineer in our Heavy Highway Division, you’ll be at the heart of major infrastructure projects — turning plans into pavement and ideas into interstates.

Requirements

  • Provide technical engineering expertise to a specific project and provide assistance in the field construction activities, assuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and Foremen to see that project plans and specifications are being followed and that the most cost-effective methods are employed.
  • Measure all work put in place and monitor the accumulation and documentation of quantities then report these to the Project Engineer for inclusion on monthly estimate and for reporting to the accounting system.
