Role OverviewAs a Field Engineer 1, you will be a vital team member on large-scale heavy-highway and heavy-civil construction projects. Your role will focus on supporting site operations, maintaining documentation, performing quality control, and providing technical support.

Assist in developing project plans and schedules, contribute to the implementation of project strategies and objectives, work closely with project teams to facilitate effective communication, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a construction environment, preferably in heavy-highway or heavy-civil projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation for interpreting and applying construction plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work on-site in various outdoor conditions
