Role OverviewJoin our growing team in Midland as a Field Engineer, responsible for planning and direction of employees, coordinating safe movement of personnel and equipment, and promoting sales of Yellowjacket product lines. Must be able to work independently and as a team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and emergency situations.
What You Will Do
Day-to-day responsibilities include providing direction to personnel on location and in the yard, coordinating corrective action with Operations Supervisor and District Manager, and promoting sales of Yellowjacket product lines. Must be able to generate proposals and pricing as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Supervisor/Engineer in field operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and acceptable MVR
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl, and walk for long periods
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
- Basic writing, math, and computer skills
- Flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs and travel as job requires
- Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing, and job-relevant hiring requirements
