Role OverviewThe Field Executive - Clinique will be responsible for sales support, marketing support, and supervision and team management of Beauty Advisors. The role will involve reviewing retail sales targets, analyzing performance, generating sales reports, and ensuring brand image and visual merchandising are in line with brand standards. The Field Executive will also be responsible for training and developing Beauty Advisors, conducting initial onboarding for new hires, and coaching and motivating BAs to drive sales objectives and brand equity.
What You Will Do
The Field Executive will spend minimum 70 percent of time in-store, working and coaching BAs. The role will involve coordinating and executing promotions, in-store programs, and activities, monitoring product trends, and identifying potential sales opportunities. The Field Executive will also be responsible for providing promotions reports to the sales and marketing team and conducting Beauty Advisors/generic staff training.
