Job Description
HPC-Industrial is looking for a Field Foreman to lead two or more crews in planning, leading, and organizing daily operations, ensuring safety, and providing quality services.

Requirements

  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting in a safe manner
  • Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete operations
  • Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions
  • Train and develop equipment technicians
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner/exhibit excellent communication/human relation skills
