Job Description
The Field HSE Supervisor supports regional linemen crews who are performing maintenance to the electrical distribution infrastructure, assisting in the overall supervision and administration of project safety, accountability, accident prevention, and training programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with electrical construction/maintenance, preferably Transmission & Distribution.
  • 4-year occupational safety and health degree or equivalent combinations of training and related experience.
  • CUSP certification plus a minimum of 20 years of combined construction and electrical substation experience.
  • Previous safety supervisory and/or management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to enforce all federal state, local, and company EH&S regulations required.
  • Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures essential.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
  • Familiarity with basic MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
