Role OverviewThe Field Implementation Engineer is responsible for equipment installation, go live support, technical support, customer operations, equipment upgrades, and field service-related activities with new and existing Aethon clients. The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include installation of new equipment and add-ons, setup of equipment, contact with customers to schedule, maximizing customer satisfaction, monitoring project responsibilities, and preparing issue analysis and status updates.
