What You Will Do
Lead field crews installing stairs, railings, and miscellaneous metal components, coordinate daily work activities, and read blueprints.

Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in miscellaneous metals
- Previous experience supervising crews or working as a foreman
- Ability to read blueprints and understand safety documentation
- Strong math skills, including angles, degrees, and standard measurements
- Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 welding standards
- Familiarity with SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding processes
- Current welder certifications or the ability to pass a welding test
