Job Description
Field Installation Supervisor – Structural & Miscellaneous Metals. Oversees day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Leads crews responsible for installing structural and miscellaneous metal components.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with structural or miscellaneous metals
  • Previous experience leading crews or supervising field teams
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and safety documentation
  • Strong math skills, including measurements, angles, and layout calculations
  • Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 standards and welding processes (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW)
  • Current welding certifications or ability to pass a weld test
