Job Description
The Field Service Lead Technician is responsible for the overall technical development and reinforcement of formal company training, and providing coaching and training of soft skills of the field service team. This position requires a minimum 50% billable time for repairs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a service technician
  • Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair problems with diesel and gasoline engines
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams of diverse skill set and industries
  • Valid Drivers License/Acceptable Driving Record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MSWord, Excel and other internal applications
