Field Manager

Gotham Soccer is seeking a passionate individual who loves both the sport/world of soccer and adult recreational sports. This role is for community builders, not quick pay checks.

What You Will Do

Set up the field every night, coordinate with operations team, retrieve balls, oversee captains meeting, facilitate equipment, and provide feedback for the league.

Requirements

• Available several nights of the week.
• Extremely proactive with strong verbal and written communication, customer relations, sales, and extroverted personality.
• Strong understanding of google suite of products and a willingness to use them on a regular basis to stay in touch with team.
• Highly organized
• A passion for soccer and our teams.
• Curious, eager and energetic
• Highly collaborative, great communicator and ability to prioritize in a very dynamic and fast paced environment

Benefits

• Hourly wage of $15 - $25 per hour
