Job Description
The Field Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the company’s Retail Marketing functions.
Requirements
Perform training on the features and benefits of the CRM and marketing communication platforms, including technical support.
Managing set-up of social media pages and compliance approval for Loan Officers.
Provide on-going field support via marketing tips, training videos, and daily communication in Guild’s ticketing system.
Gather, analyze, and approve user feedback to help enhance marketing platforms.
Create content for regional, branch, and Loan Officer marketing, including, but not limited to, social media posts, email newsletters, and new hire / accomplishment celebrations on various platforms.
Ensure quality and adherence to brand standards, style guides, and business communications standards.
Collaborate on projects with graphic designers and compliance department as needed.
Provide administrative support for marketing systems such as drip campaign management and activation of features for loan officers.
Perform simple compliance review and approval of marketing content.
Assist with the coordination of regional events, including industry trade shows, sales rallies, and educational events, as needed.
Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.
