Job Description
The Field Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the company’s Retail Marketing functions.

Requirements

  • Perform training on the features and benefits of the CRM and marketing communication platforms, including technical support.
  • Managing set-up of social media pages and compliance approval for Loan Officers.
  • Provide on-going field support via marketing tips, training videos, and daily communication in Guild’s ticketing system.
  • Gather, analyze, and approve user feedback to help enhance marketing platforms.
  • Create content for regional, branch, and Loan Officer marketing, including, but not limited to, social media posts, email newsletters, and new hire / accomplishment celebrations on various platforms.
  • Ensure quality and adherence to brand standards, style guides, and business communications standards.
  • Collaborate on projects with graphic designers and compliance department as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing systems such as drip campaign management and activation of features for loan officers.
  • Perform simple compliance review and approval of marketing content.
  • Assist with the coordination of regional events, including industry trade shows, sales rallies, and educational events, as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.
