Role OverviewThe Field Marketing Manager serves as the in-region marketing expert, collaborating closely with regional account teams, including account executives and account representatives, and top tier channel partners. This role is also responsible for communicating field-level insights to the broader marketing team to ensure that messaging, content and demand generation programs meet the needs of the region.
What You Will Do
Create quarterly marketing plans that generate demand and increase funnel velocity in assigned territory using input from local sales team, sales directors and channel managers. Continuously engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and maximize impact of marketing initiatives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to effectively leverage marketing automation tools, project management software, and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance. Knowledge of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing methodologies.
Requirements
- 5-7 years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with sales leaders and sales team members
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, English or Communications
