Role Overview

The Field Marketing Manager leads field marketing strategy and execution across an assigned market or many markets territory to drive sales growth, traffic, and brand awareness. This role partners closely with Operations to bring national and regional initiatives to life locally, ensuring consistent execution, strong community presence, and measurable results.

What You Will Do

Execute national and regional marketing strategies at the local market level to drive sales, traffic, and awareness. Oversee field marketing activity across an assigned multi-market territory, ensuring comprehensive coverage, execution consistency, and performance accountability across all sub-regions and restaurant locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
  • 5+ years field marketing experience
  • Experience in restaurant marketing preferred
  • Proven experience executing commercial driving Field Marketing programs
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales, traffic, and promotional performance data
  • Experience managing local marketing budgets and vendors
  • Ability to spend 70%+ of time in the field, including restaurant visits and community engagement
  • Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs when supporting events and on-site activations
  • Strong partnership skills with Operations and cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

  • Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
