Field Observer

Requirements

• Certification as a Commercial Electrical Inspector and/or Commercial Mechanical Inspector (or willingness to obtain after hire)
• Working knowledge of construction practices related to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a project team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to walk construction sites, climb ladders, and work in active job site environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to maintain insurability under company auto coverage
