Job Description
Field Operations Coordinator needed for doorstep valet trash service partnered with large apartment communities across Texas. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can lead by doing and support nightly valet crews across the DFW region.

Requirements

  • Train and support valet crew members across multiple properties
  • Coordinate scheduling with site staff and area supervisors
  • Fill in for service as needed and troubleshoot issues in the field
  • Walk communities routinely to identify and address areas of need
  • Assist senior staff with bulk hauls and property walkthroughs during daytime hours
  • Support new property rollouts from setup through launch
  • Relay communications between sales, management, clients, and valet porters
