Requirements

  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Construction Managers to assign Superintendents based on experience, project needs, and workload
  • Support Superintendents in managing jobsite challenges, labor considerations, quality issues, and client concerns
  • Provide guidance and escalation support when projects require additional leadership attention
