Role OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious Industrial Engineer to help build a disciplined, efficient, and scalable field operation in Houston. This is a field-based position with office responsibilities, requiring a significant portion of time at job sites, with crews, and inside the daily operation. The successful candidate will lead installers, electricians, technicians, and other field personnel while improving the systems connecting labor, materials, equipment, schedules, job sites, and customer commitments.
What You Will Do
The Field Operations Manager will lead daily installation and construction activities throughout the Houston market, spend most time close to the operation, including regular job-site visits and field inspections, and set clear expectations and hold field teams accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Zero to five years of professional experience
- Strong preference for candidates with one to three years of experience in operations, construction, manufacturing, logistics, field services, or continuous improvement
- Demonstrated leadership through competitive athletics, coaching, military service, student organizations, internships, entrepreneurship, or team-based competitions
- A background in competitive athletics is preferred, especially when it demonstrates discipline, resilience, leadership, and a team-first mindset
- Evidence of taking ownership and delivering results beyond assigned responsibilities
- Strong analytical ability combined with a willingness to make decisions and act
- Comfortable leading experienced field employees and holding others accountable
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Houston market
