Role OverviewThe Field Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of field-related events at the complex, providing direction, training, and development opportunities to front-line managers and part-time staff during events.

Develop and execute seasonal and daily field preparation schedules, oversee effective communications with event owners, and manage field maintenance activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, sports management, business or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in operational management and/or event management
- Food service and food service management experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Willingness to obtain CPR certifications
