Job Description
Field Operations Technician responsible for supporting and maintaining small cell & DAS Networks, performing annual preventative maintenance inspections, and completing administrative tasks. Must have high school degree or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in wireless communications or outside plant fiber optic installations, and certifications such as DOT, OSHA, and PIM or Antenna analyzer. The job requires working in extreme weather, exposure to radio frequency, and general public. Available to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty. Compensation: $30.29-$41.63 per hour.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Associates degree, two-year technical degree or equivalent military/special electronics training experience
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in one or more of the following fields: wireless communications, outside plant fiber optic installations, repair, testing and troubleshooting
  • DOT Certification
  • OSHA Certifications
  • Fiber Optic Experience
  • PIM or Antenna analyzer certifications
