Job Description
Parsons is looking for a Field Project Manager to support field engineering and construction activities for multiple fire rebuild programs for PG&E in Paradise, CA. The role requires collaboration with project managers, developing project documents, and establishing project schedules and budgets.

Requirements

  • Collaborates with Project Manager to establish project schedule and budget
  • Develops project documents, processes, and procedures
  • Anticipates project staffing needs and makes staffing assignments
  • Establishes objectives and conducts performance appraisals for direct reports
  • Establishes a project safety plan and ensures it is communicated to all employees
  • Chairs weekly job meetings and prepares summary of project progress
  • Submits monthly reports to clients and responds to client issues
  • Reviews bid documents and assists with bidder solicitation activities
  • Documents and executes changes in the scope of the project
  • Anticipates problems and works with clients to identify and implement corrective actions
