Role OverviewThe Field Project Manager exists to solve a critical bottleneck by managing multiple residential integration projects at once, from pre-wire through final client handoff, leading and mentoring technicians and installers while staying accountable for quality, budget, and timeline on every job.
What You Will Do
Manage multiple residential integration projects, lead and mentor technicians and installers, ensure projects stay on time and within budget, serve as the primary field point of contact, identify potential issues and implement solutions, maintain white-glove presentation standards, and oversee project documentation and workflow management.

Requirements
- Experience managing luxury residential smart home projects
- Understanding of residential construction phases
- Experience with one or more major home automation platforms
- Working knowledge of AV networking, lighting control, shading, surveillance, and other integrated systems
- Experience with D-Tools or comparable project management software
- Takes ownership and leads from the front: proactive, organized, highly detailed, and communicates exceptionally well with clients and internal teams
