Job Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time Field Project Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee project management, site supervision, and technical support for Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing world-class service, is a self-starter, and has strong supervision and technical skills.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Strong supervision skills and installation experience
  • Strong field supervision skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems
  • Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Advanced math skills
  • Frequent visits to jobsites
  • Minimal overnight travel
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Highly proficient computer skills
