Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Property Claims Adjuster to independently manage residential and commercial property claims throughout the investigation, evaluation, and resolution process. This position requires strong technical claims handling skills, sound coverage analysis, accurate estimating capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple claims of varying severity and complexity.
What You Will Do
Conduct field investigations, evaluate coverage, determine loss exposure, prepare estimates, negotiate settlements, and provide comprehensive reporting to clients while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma required; additional education in insurance, construction, business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous property claims adjusting experience preferred.
- Experience with Xactimate estimating software strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods, materials, and repair practices preferred.
- Ability to interpret insurance policy language and apply coverage provisions accurately.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written documentation and professional communication abilities.
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with claims management systems, estimating platforms, and standard business software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required state adjuster licenses.
- Valid driver's license required.
