Role OverviewAs a Field Property Claims Adjuster, you will conduct virtual and on-site investigations to assess property damage, determine liability, and negotiate fair settlements. You will work independently, with work directly impacting management outcomes, and engage with a variety of stakeholders, including policyholders, claimants, and agents.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting investigations, determining claims-related damage, writing estimates, and evaluating potential subrogation opportunities. You will also report incidents involving theft, fraud, or arson to relevant agencies.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Construction or Insurance experience is highly desirable and preferred
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
- Computer Literate: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proficiency with smartphones and applications
- Eagerness to learn about insurance policies and property damage
- Valid driver's license and Bondable
