Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our operations. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in construction, skilled trades, or industrial recruiting, with staffing experience preferred and Spanish and English fluency.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for craft and construction professionals, qualify candidates, attend industry and boots on the ground events, support onboarding, and serve as a key liaison between field operations and HR.

Requirements
- At minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
- High volume recruiting experience in Trades, Construction, and/or Professional Recruiting
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies that positively impact time to fill, quality of hire, and other recruiting metrics and outcomes.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
- Experience with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects is desired
