Job Description
We're on a mission to revolutionize home improvement—making it faster, easier, and stress-free to upgrade homes inside and out. The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required (Ashby and ADP experience is a plus)
