Role OverviewFirebirds Wood Fired Grill is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Field Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on the high-volume recruitment of salaried restaurant management talent across our Firebirds locations.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried restaurant management positions across Firebirds Wood Fired Grill locations. Recruit for restaurant leadership positions, manage a high volume of open requisitions, and partner with Operations and Human Resources teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Restaurant, hospitality, and/or multi-unit recruiting experience
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Previous experience recruiting salaried restaurant management positions
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management structures
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidates, markets, and hiring manager relationships simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing and recruiting platforms
