Job Description
The Field Reimbursement Director is responsible for executing the reimbursement strategy to ensure optimal access to specific products. The role involves leading and managing Field Reimbursement Managers, meeting client goals, and ensuring compliance and fiscal responsibility. The Director will participate in strategic meetings and lead their team to achieve established goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum five years of experience as a Manager/first line leader
  • Minimum two years of experience in public or private third party access arena or pharmaceutical industry managed care or patient support
  • Experience in Gastroenterology, Rheumatology and/or Dermatology products (preferred)
  • Experience working with IDNs and Health Systems (desired)
  • Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors, as well as Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems (plus)
