Job Description
Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) help customers navigate and resolve fulfillment, access, and reimbursement issues for certain approved products, working collaboratively with Territory Business Managers and other teams to provide access and reimbursement support, and developing strong relationships with HCP offices.

Requirements

  • Support development of Market Access Field Reimbursement Strategy
  • Provide critical engagement with HCP office staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with each HCP office
  • Plan and implement approved educational programs
  • Work collaboratively across all internal teams
  • Support and communicate Market Access strategies
  • Serve as a brand leader in the field for HCP offices
  • Educate HCP offices regarding REMS protocol and certification process
  • Work collaboratively with all contracted partners
  • Provide strong analytical work to improve process and performance
