Job Description
The Field Sales Leader is responsible for growing Emerald Island's customer base through face-to-face engagement, consultative selling, and exceptional service. The role involves engaging homeowners, conducting on-site evaluations, educating customers on tailored solutions, and setting clear expectations to build trust.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
A customer-first mindset paired with a competitive drive to succeed
Comfort with face-to-face sales and proactive outreach
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field
Willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching
Experience using CRM tools preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to walk, stand, and remain active for extended periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
