Requirements

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand sales and deepen customer engagement
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by growing business within assigned accounts
  • Maintain active customer engagement through daily field visits, conducting product demonstrations, seminars, training sessions, and business reviews
  • Follow CRM best practices for lead, activity, opportunity, and order management to ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline data
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships by mastering product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer support
  • Identify and create cross-selling opportunities to promote comprehensive Mettler Toledo solutions across the value chain
  • Utilize marketing materials and develop customer-facing content such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports, adhering to corporate guidelines
  • Complete all required reports accurately and on time
