Job Description
Wellbore Integrity Solutions is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their team in Odessa, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, selling products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Responsible for revenue generation from assigned territory
  • Responsible for selling all WIS products and services
  • Establish key relationships with other suppliers
  • Maintain sales information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program
  • Conduct or assist with rig inventories
  • Collect and communicate accurate and detailed contact information
  • Capture competitive intelligence
  • Identify and communicate potential cross-PL opportunities and under-served markets
  • Collaborate with supervisor and other Field Sales Representatives
  • Provide basic product/service recommendations and product demonstrations
  • Assist in troubleshooting product/service performance in the field
  • Ensure that customer problems arising from sales are responded to and appropriately managed
  • Attend training courses to maintain knowledge of key technologies
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects
  • Manage expenses per company policy
  • Comply with all Company & Regulatory HS&E & Quality and IT standards and policies
