Job Description

The Field Service and Installation Technician will provide advanced technological, repair, and troubleshooting support to customers and Intelliguard employees, with a focus on customer satisfaction and a high degree of customer relations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate’s or Technical Degree preferred, with 1-3 years of prior related experience
  • Strong electro/mechanical aptitude
  • Self-driven to excel and fit into an intuitive, passionate, and highly collaborative small team-based culture, with willingness and efficiency to travel and work alone
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient at interacting with a diverse customer base in a professional manner, in potentially demanding situations
  • Previous experience in working within the medical or Life Sciences field
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
