Job Description
Field Service Engineer at Swisslog Healthcare, responsible for providing customer support and maintenance services for Transport Automation systems. Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and start-up services for customers in the Los Angeles area.

Requirements

  • Vocational school or related military experience
  • 1-3 years field service experience with electro-mechanical products
  • Effective communication style to build customer trust and satisfaction
  • Ability to read blue prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • PC Computer software and hardware literate/Windows Application experience
  • Basic computer networking skills
  • Self-starter, well organized, and able to work independently
  • Ability and willingness to travel 30-70% of the time
  • Ability and willingness to work on-call hours
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
