Role OverviewAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be embedded in the development process of Apptronik's humanoid robot, Apollo, and will be responsible for ensuring robot uptime and providing feedback to engineering teams. You will work closely with the Apptronik Service Tech team to diagnose and resolve issues with pre-production and development robots.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include owning NPI & Dev Fleet Uptime, closing the feedback loop by documenting repairs and identifying recurring patterns, shaping how we build for serviceability by participating in Design for Serviceability reviews, and validating new service procedures before they ship.

Requirements
- 3-6+ years of hands-on experience with complex electromechanical systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Ability to lift 15 pounds at times
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
- Hearing and speech to communicate
