Job Description
Cynosure is a leading company in the medical aesthetics industry, seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform customer support activities for equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field, 2-5 years of relevant experience, and excellent customer relations skills.

Requirements

  • Repair, test, calibrate, and install laser systems, sub-systems, and/or sub-assemblies
  • Maintain complete and accurate service records
  • Interact with customers and monitor accounts
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers as required
  • Maintain company assigned vehicle, tools, fixtures, and test equipment in satisfactory condition
