Job Description
Firestorm is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HP 3D printers and adjacent additive manufacturing equipment. The role requires on-site presence, travel, and collaboration with engineering and field operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years operating, maintaining, or repairing complex machinery in lab or manufacturing environments
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in field service, technical support, or machine repair roles
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations & the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
