Field Service Engineer, Additive Manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years operating, maintaining, or repairing complex machinery in lab or manufacturing environments
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in field service, technical support, or machine repair roles
• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations & the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, calibration devices)
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering and field operations teams
• Proficient technical writing skills for documenting systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in dynamic environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
