Role OverviewField Service Engineer II responsible for providing routine preventive and corrective maintenance for diagnostic imaging equipment within professional standards and with excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
Perform routine and preventive maintenance, calibrations, emergency repairs, and troubleshoot diagnostic imaging equipment. Document maintenance and related invoices, and communicate equipment status with radiologists, technologists, and vendors.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in biomedical equipment technology or equivalent in relevant and applicable experience
- Five (5) years' experience in service engineering with OEM training on at least one major device
- Two (2) years' experience in diagnostic imaging machine repair or related equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel to various center locations
- Ability to work in the evening, weekend hours, and on call as needed
- Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance
