What You Will Do
The Field Service Engineer II will be responsible for installing, performing annual preventive maintenance, and resolving issues with a growing fleet of Multi-beam mask writers. They will also participate in special task force teams that handle customer escalations and challenging incidents, and ensure seamless and transparent communication of all status updates to IMS U.S. leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
- 2-5+ years of Field Service experience
- At least 3 – and preferably 5-years of customer-facing experience and good written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in Linux/UNIX server system administration
- Troubleshooting experience with ultra-high vacuum systems
- Prior metrology or lithography equipment support background
