Job Description
Field Service Engineer responsible for providing support to the FSR team by providing solutions to issues beyond their technical abilities, launching, managing, and completing PLM design and release projects, and providing engineering-level factory support on field service technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in automotive-related programs
  • 5+ years of automotive manufacturer (OEM) engineering level technical service support
  • 8+ years school bus or 10+ years medium duty truck experience
  • Commercial Class B driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Strong project management skills
