Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to maintain and repair medical imaging equipment, provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance, and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment specific to Ultrasound devices
  • Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive, customer environments
  • Accurately document all service activities in accordance with the Company Quality Standards
  • Manage and Maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions/direction
  • Ability to work well with others
