Role OverviewThe Field Service Engineer will primarily service medical imaging equipment within primary hospital networks and partners. They will evaluate equipment, troubleshoot, and complete PMs, installations, and related tasks to diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network problems on medical equipment.
What You Will Do
The Field Service Engineer will calibrate and troubleshoot computer systems on equipment according to OEM specifications, provide advanced-level diagnosis and repair of imaging systems, and support management through project feedback and communication of issues and opportunities.

This position requires a B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent, 3-7 years of experience in medical imaging engineering, and Hologic-Mammography experience. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.

- Recent Field Service Engineer experience

- Factory or formally trained by PHILIPS, GE, or SIEMENS
