Role OverviewWe are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our customer base in the USA. The successful candidate will be involved in installation, training, calibration, maintenance, service repair, and after-sales service support. They will also be responsible for quoting services to customers and working independently to represent Taylor Hobson at customer sites.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, training, calibration, maintenance, service repair, and after-sales service support. They will also be required to quote services to customers and work independently to represent Taylor Hobson at customer sites.

They will also be able to work independently, represent Taylor Hobson at customer sites, and travel within North America (internationally as needed for training).
Requirements
- Degree in electronic, or multi-disciplinary engineering; or have previous field service experience
- 3+ years’ experience (involving electronics & computer/software)
- Must hold valid US Passport or Green Card
- Must have experience traveling for work
- Permanent residents and U.S. Citizens only (company under I.T.A.R regulations)
- Proven experience in high demand customer service
