Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you will report to the Field Service Manager for Italy and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.

Requirements

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of plants, in accordance with service contracts and internal procedures.
  • Part of the emergency response team, providing on-site support for critical failures not resolvable remotely.
  • Represent Swisslog professionally, maintaining solid relationships with customers and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and updating of systems, communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
