Role OverviewAs a Field Service Representative at Oncor, you are responsible for working service orders involving the disconnecting, reconnecting, setting, reading, and investigating of meters on residential, commercial, and industrial premises. These orders must be completed safely and within prescribed timeframes to ensure the proper delivery and measurement of electric energy. This position will have an assigned service territory within our Oncor Electric Delivery Company market and be based out of our Denison Service Center.
What You Will Do
Determine the type of meters required to initiate service, maintain professionalism when engaging with residential and commercial customers, use proper test equipment to verify voltage and protect against faulty or hazardous conditions, and ensure service order completion within specified timeframes across a diverse geographic area.

Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Driver's License required
- Experience in meter reading or related electric measurement
- Experience working with electric utility field service orders
