Job Description
Tapestry Solutions is seeking a Field Service Representative to support the Department of Navy Tomahawk Land-Attack Missile program. The successful candidate will develop, deploy, and maintain computing and information security controls in compliance with government regulations.

Requirements

  • Perform a broad range of system and application support assignments for the Tomahawk Mission Planning Center (TMPC)
  • Act as the primary customer interface with CMSAPAC Mission Planners and C7F system administrators
  • Support the Tomahawk Mission Planning (TMP) system by ensuring TMPC Information Assurance and cybersecurity compliance, providing domain administration and IT support, assisting operational planners with troubleshooting, maintaining day-to-day system availability, and offering occasional phone support
  • Analyze and maintain the TMP database using NGA products and Military Intelligence Database (MIDB)
  • Update cybersecurity posture on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Support system installations and problem resolution at the site
  • Perform on-site diagnosis, maintenance, and repair for hardware and software issues
  • Coordinate with Tapestry FSRs at other CMSA sites
  • Coordinate with Tapestry St Louis engineers for problem resolution
