Ridgeline is seeking a Field Service Representative to support the deployment, integration, and sustainment of advanced commercial communications and emerging technologies in mission-critical environments. The role involves field activities including equipment setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance required at a minimum
  • Prior experience supporting tactical communications, networked situational awareness, or commercial communications systems
  • Technical training equivalent to 2 years of trade school or military technical school
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service or technical support role
