Role OverviewThis position involves performing quality maintenance service work on customer equipment, accurately diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment problems, and recommending effective repairs. The job requires working in both an office and field environment, including exposure to varied weather and uneven surface conditions.
What You Will Do
Shop based repair work, occasional travel to customer locations to service equipment, and performing quality repair work on customer equipment. Accurately recording information related to work orders, entering time and materials for service and repair work performed, and facilitating correct billing to customers.
